To the bravest, strongest most incredible woman I know. Not many people have to endure a lifelong illness and do it with such grace, humour and courage. She never once complained or thought about herself but always of others. If I’ve learnt anything it’s to be grateful for the little things in life. This is not goodbye Mum but see you later ❤️
